NAPILI KAI FOUNDATION AWARDS $52,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS

Napili, Maui, Hawaii: The Napili Kai Foundation has awarded $52,000 in higher education scholarships to 11 Foundation graduates, Lahainaluna High School graduates, alumni, and Napili Kai Beach Resort employee children. The recipients are:
Mekayla Bandy, daughter of a 31-year employee of Napili Kai Beach Resort, will be returning to UH Manoa as a sophomore, majoring in Psychology, received $5,000.
Cheira-Emeryl Cappal, daughter of an 18-year employee of Napili Kai Beach Resort, will be returning to Portland State University, as a sophomore, majoring in Marketing and Advertising Management, received $5,000.
Theressa Nhelle Cabading, a 6-year member graduate of the Foundation, will be returning to UH Manoa, as a senior, majoring in Nursing, received $5,000.
Kayla Mabalot-Del Castillo, daughter of a 12-year employee of Napili Kai Beach Resort, will be attending UH Manoa as a freshman, majoring in Graphic Design Animation, received $4,000.
Gracia Marie Acosta, a 7-year member graduate of the Foundation, will be returning to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a sophomore, majoring in Hospitality, received $5,000.
Shari Peralta, daughter of 15 & 20-year parent employees of Napili Kai Beach Resort, will be returning to UH-Manoa as a sophomore, majoring in Nursing, received $5,000.
Sarah Nicole Cariaga, a 7-year member graduate of the Foundation, will be attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a freshman, majoring in Hospitality, received $4,000.
Jasmine Lagazo, a 6-year member graduate of the Foundation, will be returning to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a sophomore, majoring in Nursing, received $5,000.
Janice Yabo, daughter of a 7-year employee of Napili Kai Beach Resort, will be attending UH-Maui, as a freshman, majoring in Business Administration, received $4,000.
Zoe Salvador, daughter of a 32-year employee of Napili Kai Beach Resort, will be attending UH-Manoa, as a freshman, majoring in Accounting, received $4,000.
Aizza Lei Liwanag, an 8-year member graduate of the Foundation, will be returning to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a junior, majoring in Pre-Dental, Micobiology, received $6,000.
